Spaghetti Bolognese, My Late Night Snack!
OKay.. fine the picture is actually Fettuccine. What can I say? I was hungry. It was late.. er I mean early morning. And thats the only pasta I could find at home. Hungry people are angry people! thats bad bad!

IMO, bolognese sauce works well with spaghetti or conchiglie (the seashell shaped pasta). But still.. any pasta is fine.. it’s just my opinion. o.o”
Bolognese sauce is also used for Lasagne.. my favorite! ha! I’ll make that tomorrow!
So now, I’ll tell you how to make bolognese PASTA.
Step 1: Ingredients needed
Pasta of your liking
Tomato paste
Garlic
Onion
Minced meat (beef or pork)
Flour
Chicken stock
White vinegar
Step 2:
Boil pasta for about 10min (put salt and oil in the water when boiling)
Chop garlic, onion and fry
Marinade minced meat with soya sauce and fry with above
Add tomato paste
Add flour and stir till dry
Add chicken stock slowly
Lastly add abit of white vinegar
Step 3:
Serve pasta on a plate
Add the sauce
Sprinkle chopped parsley
Done~
I don’t know exactly how much of whatever I put in the food I cook.. because, I’m a very lazy person! I’m usually too lazy to check the quantities.. I just stuff everything in with my feelings and hopes it turns out good!
Theres not much of thinking to do in cooking, the more you think the more you worry, the more you worry the less hungry you get. And if you don’t eat and go hungry, you get grouchy. The grouchier you get the more unhappy you and the people around you will feel. So on and on..
Put your heart to it and everything will turn out great! Isn’t that how life suppose to be? carefree.. ahh~ thats the life.. hehe
