Easy-to-do Blueberry Cheesecake.
Been doing alot of baking. It’s so fun! absolutely love sweet delights!
Watched other people bake before, always felt it’s very simple.. all you had to do was to mix everything together and throw it into the oven, how hard can that be? But truth is, it’s not as easy as it seems.
What I’ve understand? “You need to learn to walk before you run a marathon.”
Cut to the chase!

Doesn’t look very nice I think? I’m still a newbie!
Honestly felt I could’ve done a better job. Should’ve put some garnish or something! But, Mister Boyfriend said it looks and taste yummy … it was made for him sooo… I’m happy that he liked it!
Love you, my Mister Daddy! xoxo
I did afew mistakes, was first try. I added too much water to the glaze, that’s why it’s kinda falling off the cake rather then staying on top.
Thought it was too gummy thats why I added more water!
Note to self: Gummy is correct!
The recipe I used was found from afew websites like, Allrecipes.com and some others, but I can’t remember the links.
Couldn’t find a basic recipe. So I had combined recipes together to make the easiest possible.
Wanna try bake this?

So, here’s the recipe..
CHEESECAKE
2 Packs Cream Cheese (Philadelphia)
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
1 Packet Oreo Cookies
1/4 Cup Butter (melten)
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 165C.
2. Crash oreos and stir in butter then put into cake pan and press down
3. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, well blended together. Add vanilla and sour cream. Pour mixture over, onto oreos in the pan after.
4. Bake for about 60minutes. Check now and then with a toothpick and watch the colour.
5. Run a knife around the edge (so it doesn’t stick). leave to cool but leaving cake in the pan. Put into fridge to chill after.
BLUEBERRY GLAZE
1 Cup Blueberries
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch (I used tapioca starch cause I ran out of corn starch.)
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup White Sugar
METHOD
1. Blend berries and corn starch together in a electric blender.
2. In a sauce pan, add berries, sugar and water. Cook till thicken and bubbly.
3. Leave to cool down before adding onto the cake.
You can choose to make strawberry glaze instead. Just change the blueberries into strawberries!
Have fun!
